Don't purchase!

I purchased this printer months ago. It failed with a 0x0009A error code so I went to get it replaced back in august. now, it is giving me a 0x9D error and there is no jam or problem otherwise. This was the first, and last product I ever purchase from Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installation is fast, easy, and automatic from your computer or laptop. Since I just installed it I have know idea if I like the printer or not therefore I can't recommend it yet. BTW the instructions need to be read by someone that can correct the confusing stuff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Initial Setup

I researched a lot of printers and did a lot of reading and comparing before I chose this printer. I had read that some people had problems with set-up so I was dreading it. It was a piece of cake. No USB cable required connected wirelessly with no problems. Prints beautifully. So far I am very happy with my choice. Great little LED screen is easy to use. So far I give it 5 stars for easy set-up and price. I am extremely happy. Will update review after test driving it for awhile.

Nice All-In-One

Installed easily with download. All of the functions I have tried have worked with no problems. Auto 2 sided copies, reduce/enlarge, etc. The print quality is good as far as text. I haven't tried photos yet. I like that there is a user defined size available. That is a must for me (for card making). Very happy with my purchase.

Setting up my new Epson WF-3640 was easy and the print quality is awesome. This is the first I bought an Epson, and I am glad I did.

Epson exerted considerable effort and expense to make the purchasers' experience pleasant and enjoyable. Your instructions for installation and operation of the equipment the equipment was detailed and extremely easy to follow. I had a terrible and frustrating experience with another manufacturer's printer. I returned it without completing the installation.

Loving the WF-3640

My first Epson printer was a 300 dpi laser printer about 20 years ago. This printer is a great reason to be back using an Epson. Ink jet print quality is great (haven't tried photo printing yet). Love the 2-sided printing and solid faxing from printer memory, even through a Linksys PAP-2T to Linksys SPA3102. Haven't tried 2-sided scanning yet. Easy network setup to Dell Inspiron Core I7 laptop. Iphone/Ipad Airprint works great and setting up Google cloud print was a snap. So far, this printer is everything I could ask for. I would give 5 stars, but I haven't tried all the features, haven't seen how long the ink lasts, and don't know how well the paper feeding works over time.
I would recommend this to a friend!
