Good copier, easy start up process and the touch screen is easy to use. Love the way you can customize paper options and paper loads way easier than my other printer did. Print quality is high and it prints quickly. I don't have to consider selling a kidney for the ink either.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Re-install

Had to re-install several times due to inability to print. Troubleshoot for 1-2 rs till reinstall drivers as some users cannot use device.
Not so easy and little help in resolving.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the features of my new WF-3640 printer. Setup was extremely easy in connecting wirelessly. Had one question for Epson Support Service that was quickly, easily and professionally answered.

No brainer installation First Time Buyer

Although this review may be premature since I just finished installing my new Printer 15 minutes ago, I'm just gonna say that from out of the box to starting this review it took 30 minutes tops. The step by step unpack, paper load, ink, and power set up didn't need written instructions although it did, were very clear. The software set up was equally as easy. I thought going wireless was gonna be a problem and at the first run my computer could not identify the printer, but then Epson had a plan B ready for me to apply in such a case, and with a click of a button the program software found another way and I was back on track within 2-3 minutes. All I have printed is a test page. It looks really good and I'm exited to see what this machine can do. But by far the Epson WF -3640, for me.... has been the fastest and easiest printer I've ever installed. Oh yeah, and I had a coupon for $65.00 off during purchase. I'll let you know how the other features perform in the near future.

Finally replaced an annoying printer that took me forever to connect, stay connected etc....
This was the easiest wifi connection set up I have ever had to do. Actually I did nothing but click a few buttons- Epson did the hard work!
Now I can print from my phone, my boyfriend's phone etc ...coolest thing ever!
I would recommend this to a friend!
