We picked out this Epson because it offers everything we are used to and so much more. So, so easy to set up. Nothing went wrong and I just love that about a new purchase. Epson truly got it right. Thank you Epson.

Great small business machine

I am a lawyer with a solo practice. I literally use this machine for all of my print, scan and copy needs other than very large copy jobs. Printing is very fast. It also faxes but I fax through my VOIP service. If I need to print 50 to 80 pages of records or of a document, it does the job in less than two minutes. It scans and copies quickly, but is obviously slower than a commercial machine that costs thousands of dollars. The quality is perfect every time. I love this machine and in fact own two. I honestly can't believe it is so inexpensive. If you have a small business, I promise you don't need to spend more money unless you scan and/or copy a ton of documents, in which case you might want a more expensive machine.

This is a very versatile printer. It has software included that allows to scan to .pdf, can print double-sided, can print booklet format, will allow faxing and is generally reliable.
It does have a problem of print head clogging. Epson had to replace my last WF-3640 after only six months of use.

This printer was very easy to install follow the directions to the letter do not deviate. I does all the work for you. Fantastic products. % stars all the way.

great scanner & printer, but temperamental

Touch-screen scanner only works from feeder and only recognizes one computer. Scanner software only works from glass and does not allow adding pages. Printer is a lot of trouble for envelopes or any paper that is not standard size.

Connectivity Options

It is very frustrating to not be able to easily switch from a wireless connection to a USB connection.
