Good Machine

Full featured and robust at a great price, but a little more complicated to use and set up than I expected. The on line manual is well over 100 pages long -TMI. It's going to take me awhile to learn to use it to it's full capacity for me.

Great exoerience

This is my 4th Epson printer and I have been satisfied with all of them. I upgraded with the 3640 because of the auto two sided printing. This saves a lot of paper without having to manually collate the documents. This printer is also CISS ready and makes the CISS easy to install. The tech support is excellent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Experience with Download

I recently switched to Windows 10 and the CD that came for installation didn't work.
The Epson website was well designed and I had zero problems during the download and registration.
At nearly 73 years of age, interacting with technology is NOT 2nd nature.

Haven't purchased a new printer in 9 years and this one is awesome. Love the digital color screen and it was so easy to get set up. Not much instructions come with it and it wasn't that difficult to set up. Also, prints pretty fast I might add.

Great Printer

This multi-functional printer has been excellent and trouble free for about 2 years. It recently developed a 97 error code which is unfixable and seems to be a hardware problem. Despite this, I bought the exact same printer to replace it...that is how much I love this model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The quality of the printing was inferior. I returned it where purchased and acquired another brand for an additional $30, which produced an excellent product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just purchased my Work Force WF 3640. I was able to, right out of the box, connect the printer to my network from the printers key board with no problems. immediately the printer recognized printer commands from my laptop and IPhone that were sharing the network. My only problem was the printer did not allow me to select legal sized paper as a paper option. This may have been that I had not yet loaded the print driver into my computer. I hope that is the is the only hiccup I encounter. So far I am pleased with my purchase. For the money it is an excellent printer.
