Nice printer, fits all my needs

I use it to print boarding passes and park tickets, love it.
Scanning is also good.
Only issue is that the software is very inconvenient, no user experience at all.

Installation

Installation was very easy. Everything worked great as indicated and very easy to follow. However, had problems with the ink installation. The compartment would not open. Had to push it out a bit to finally get it opened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is so easy to install I now print from my IPhone or IPad. I am not a guru with printers or computers. My husband is just loving it wants to print something everyday because he just can :) amazes him.

Set Up

Had some problems setting up the WF but a call to customer service took care of my inexperience and quickly got me set up for my MAC and IPOD. Very nice and patient.

Quality output of documents

Documents and picture quality are very good. Fax feature could include a "sent" confirmation on digital screen rather than having to look up in history. Would appreciate more explanation of fax feature in Quick guide plus a hardcopy manual.

Scan set up doesn't work

I registered my WF-3640 on 1/7/2016 and have been trying in vain to scan document to save to my computer. So, I thought I would go through the iCloud, and the display in the printer told me that I needed to register which I did almost a month ago. Anything I can do to improve this function?
