i like it so far. its a bit larger than my artisan 800 i had before, but i do very much like that it holds much more paper. am still trying to get the epson connect feature under control, but what i have gotten to work has been awesome. love the wireless feature. i would like the tilting feature of the the display and keyboard of the artisan 800 on this one, as the printer sits on a shelf for me, but if that is my only concern at this time, things are looking pretty good. love epson products.

Love the print quality and speed. However, the User's Guide (and diagrams) may as well be written in another language. The on-line guide is no better than the written guide.

Good print quality

This WF-3640 is a good unit so far. Setup was fairly easy, with no major issues. My only problem was I had to do a head cleaning right out of the box due to streaking of all color prints. Support was quick to assist diagnose and correction of my streaking issue. Printing general issue is that the color printing could be a little better, that is more vivid colors. Most colors seem muted when compared to other inkjet type printers I have used. Epson needs to revisit their ink formulas to get better overall output.

Installation/Setup

Really easy, fast. Can download the installation software. Simply do the bundle and run. Used other brands before. Some very complicated.
Use the icon on the screen to start the wifi setup. Do all on the screen then just hit NEXT on the computer screen after you are done.
