Works great on LinuxMint 17.3

I purchased this printer to use with my laptop which is running Linux Mint 17.3. I was able to download all the Linux drivers from the Epson website. The printer installation went smoothly. The scanner setup was a little tricky, but if you follow the instructions in the iScan for Linux setup manual it is not that difficult. Everything is working great and I am pleased with this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF-3640 printer installation

I am not the most tech savvy person when it comes to installing and setting up networks or components like this but it was very simple. It took a little bit longer than expected but I was impressed that it went so smoothly and I didn't have to start over or contact support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is top of the line for home and office use.
Print Scan Copy and fax functions are really very reliable. Excellent print quality. Though ink is very expensive. Actually all and any printer's ink is!!! Does not work well without original Epson ink. Would recommend to others.

I like Epson printers and that is why I purchased this one. It makes noise at certain times when all is quiet. Not sure why, maybe just to let you know it is still there.

Epson is very good performer in most aspects although the rear paper feed is tricky and many times uses extra paper. The double sided feature is fast and convenient. The keypad needs to be backlighted for better visibility. The low ink alert comes on way too soon and too long. Bulky but has many features for the size. Would like 11x14 copy glass size.

Love this printer. Fast scanning and printing; good quality print. Connected it to my phone and tablet - easy printing from those devices!
Had a hard time downloading the software, but later found out it was my slow internet connection.
