Our first time with Epson

Have had several other brands of printers but this is hands-down the best! Great speed, easy to install, good back up phone support if necessary, our next priner will be an Epson too.

trying to hook up , still confused

i'm still having some problems with the wireless system , no fault of your support group ; some of this tech. is greek to me . i need to get all my ducks in a row before i call the support group again . thank you so much for your patience & support .

thank you for making it so easy to set up my new Epson printer with wireless connection—even tho I'm not very computer savvy. I switched brands to get a reliable printer, so expectations are high! So far, so good!

Had a few concerns setting the printer up, but finally figured it out.
Should be a video included in the package to follow, rather than go on You tube to find it out.

Some comp;lications and severe delays to start

It took me 5 hours to install my printer and I am still not done. and I have 5 college degrees. I still need to make an email name for my printer and see what else I can do with this printer. I need to know how to scan to a file instead of it trying to scan to my cloud. So if you know the answer to that I would GREATLY appreciate it!!

Thought it was a little difficult to set up, but eventually I was able to do it. Maybe clearer instructions. Not everyone is a computer whiz!

This is a great printer for general home use.
I have had no issues. It is a pleasure to have a working printer again. My old printer of 10 years died and this one is a great replacement.

I love this printer! We bought it for our home use. It was very easy to set up, easy to scan documents, copy documents and even email documents to it. It connected to our wireless network with no effort at all. The print quality, especially in color, is excellent! I highly recomend it!
