Best printer I had ever purchased in my life does everything you will ever need. From home or office and even your cell phone. The printer even comes with it's own email address so you can send what ever straight to the printer. Awesome printer amazing price well worth the money. You will not be disappointed. Take my word for it.

Bought my Epson printer today, the CD would not load. I called the technical support number and they quickly responded (in minutes) by sending me a link to load the software. This was a very pleasant and favorable experience.

Epson Workforce 3640 All In One

The product is good enough. However the installation and setup is an absolute nightmare! It is one routine once you start the CD and if something doesn't take, or you make a mistake you can't go back, you have to complete the routine, then you have to uninstall it (which takes about four hours on a relatively fast computer.) then reinstall, all with no help or instructions available in the box or online and no Help Desk! This is probably the 25th or so printer I have bought and installed over the years and definitely wins the prize for the most cfrustrating to install...

Wonderful Printer

I am pleased with this printer. Setting up was a bit of a challenge. Set up Wi-Fi first; then install on computer; then register with Epson; then set up phone iprint. Takes a couple of hours for the registration to connect.
I can run all my 3rd party programs--PrintMaster; Calendar Creator, etc.

loses network connection constantly

Big mistake to buy this printer. The cartridges last a few hours of printing and it loses its network connectivity after nearly every use. I have to reset the wifi connection every time I want to print and even then it doesn't always work.
The quality of printing is good and speed oaky as well. If it wasn't so inconvenient to use.....I bought it because it was supposed to be wireless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is our 4th WF-3640

I like this printer because it has two paper trays and wireless and Epson ePrint for my several Androids and it has the 4 individual cartridges. The big deal for us is the All-In-One so we can do everything from this printer in the Office. We also have a lazer printer for the volume jobs but it does not fax. I have bought and installed 3 other units for customers and they have not had one complaint. It is a bit bigger than I would like but the two paper trays make up for the size factor.
