No Fax

Fax options don't work. Phone will ring but won't pick up. Have ran multiply system checks and everything is connected but the unit will not answer the incoming fax!

impressive printer

I currently have two other printers that have been dependable but are ink MONSTERS ! I like the two trays on my Epson, was no trouble setting up and I am very impressed with the performance. I am very happy with the clarity and printing in general. It's wireless and I'm trying to program in to my network but I need some tech. Assist. On which I'll be calling you about. Very satisfied with my WF 3640.
