I love this printer. Works great, has great features, very reasonably priced, and seems to be very efficient with its use of ink. The ink cartridges are priced too high, but that's the way it is with all inkjet printers. Not much else I can say - can't beat it for an inexpensive printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Speed, double sided, No paper jams to date!

Love it. Intuitive design. Had it about a year. Have printed a lot as it has been used for legal documents as well as home use. A lot of paper and ink have been used without a single paper jam, and the quality of printing remains great.
A lot of photos of different sizes for legal use have been run through this unit with no issues.
This is a great printer. The ease of set up was simple. The ease of use is basic.
We like it.

Using this makes me feel foolish for not replacing my 8 year old printer sooner. The only puzzle is why occasionally it will spit out a few blank sheets before printing. Not that hard to put them back in the drawer, so still loving it ! Fast, crisp & clean - simple to operate.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer is great in that it never hangs, never tells you are not on a network, etc. Totally surprised that it comes with 2 paper trays and a separate envelope feeder.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This replaced an older Epson printer. It is so much faster! The document feeder really paid off when I needed some copies made in a hurry. The only real gripe is the slowness of the scan feature using Epson Scan. It takes a lot longer than in the earlier machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

installed wireless connection to printer

My problem with the printer (WF-3640) began after I switched from Verizon internet service to Brighthouse. I loss my ability to print wireless. I made three attemps to correct the problem working with support techs. It wasn't until third person completely removed the printer icon in the system and replaced the old icon printer with a new icon. This solved the problem. I want give special thanks the tech that corrected the problem.

LOVE the wireless printer, LOVE the 2 sided printing, LOVE the laid flat paper supply. and DIFINATELY LOVE Epson printers. practically never jams and when it did, had no problem correcting it.
