Great All Around Printer

This is a great all around printer for the price! It can do it all. It prints quickly and to my specifications. No problem with software interfacing. The only thing that is slightly a negative is the black ink cartridge does not last very long. This is the same with the XL Black ink cartridge as well. Other than that, it is one great little do-it-all printer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great printer, semi auto setup, it detected the WIFI passwords and on difficult phone codes for our FAX due to specialized rings, Epsom staff quickly helped it to be setup correctly. No problem with the first change of printer cartridges.
Really like this Epson WorkForce WF-3640 All-in-One Printer compared to long line of HPs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My wife and I have had this printer for several months now and it has been wonderful. We needed a network printer that we could both use and the setup was easy as pie! I would recommend this to you for a small business or home setup. It prints fast and the ink usage is minimal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

printing glossy

As far as printing on plain paper it is great. Even printing labels it does a nice job.
Also the scanner is a great tool.
My only complaint is when I try to print a glossy picture. The picture is smeared. Throw away.
I have to use my WF-7510 to print my pictures.
The reason I bought the WF-3640 is to replace another Epson printer which I could no longer find ink anymore. It printed great glossy pictures.
My WF-7510 I bought to scan large and print large prints. It is a great printer.
For other than glossy it is a good printer.
Also the scanner is a great tool.

Overall, I am pleased with the WF-3640. I have used Print, Copy and Scan features and all worked well. I have not used the Fax feature. I am a bit disappointed in the relatively short time that the B&W ink cartridge (using XL) version. The cost of a new cartridge is too much. With regards to this, sorry I gave up on my older laser printer, but I had wore out the printer drum on that machine. But on the plus side, the print quality is great and I like the flexibility of having all the features noted above.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having used this printer for over 6 months, I have found it to very reliable, the output is good, copys are sharp and easy. Would recommend this for both personal use and a small office.
