Okay but....

Installing the ink cartridges is not easy. And I installed the color cartridges and one of them does not function properly.

It's great my all-in-one does everything it's supposed to do. Phone support was FANTASTIC when I was learning how to use it. The only thing that I would ask to be improved is the wireless connection to my computer. It is often dropped and I have to "reboot" it. That's hard when there's a rush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this printer but had some difficulty with printing single paper NOT from the tray. Love all other aspects though.

Epson WorkForce WF-3640 All-in-One Printer

This is the first Epson printer I have purchased. I spent a lot of time researching and reading other customer's review before the purchase. After all the research I chose the WorkForce WF-3640 over a color laser printer. It is easy to use and performs great. It prints fast and very clear. Ink cartridges last a long time and are easy to change. The ADF double-sided scanner does a very good job - no flipping pages manually! I would recommend this printer to anyone.

Print looks faded even though I put new "genuine Epson" cartridges in!
I don't like the "backward" way that you need to put originals in to make copies. Top left of the original should be at the right front of the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Although the print quality is good, this printer has been the most difficult to set up, when attempting to print from my computer. We have three computers in our household and each one of them has been an exasperating experience for us. Although we have downloaded the appropriate information on this printer, it has failed more times than not, to print as requested. I don't believe I would ever purchase an Epson product again. It is the first printer I have had difficulty with, in terms of use.

I wanted a printer with a hardwired Ethernet connection and this is it! Prior experiences with wifi connectioned printers were horrible. This machine is solid and reliable and one of the very few left with a real Ethernet connection to put it securely on a network. Also thrilled to be able to print from my iPhone!
