Finally, a printer that works!

I've gone through at least 6 different brands of printers in the last year, and most of them were very easy to install and set up, but that's where it ended. This Epson WF-3640 has been what I've been used to in a printer. Prints when I need it to, scans and copies well. The only thing I would change is in the paper storage area. Very hard to get my fingers in the slot that moves the side arm after using an envelope and replacing the regular paper. Wireless works like a "charm". Overall I'm very pleased with this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So Far, So Good

While my printing needs and the time in service of my Epson are relatively small, i am pleased so far. When compared with the printer I used until its printing head failed, I believe that the Epson cartridges last longer, perhaps because of the frequent print head deep cleaning sessions required for the last printer. I don't use many of the Epson features but appreciate the ones I have: printing, scanning, copying,

Worst yet from Epson

The WF3640 is like most politicians -- great promise and spotty results. The internal control systems definately has a mind of its own. It may, or may not, perform any requested function at any given time. Troubleshooting is an exercise in frustration, since the elaborate owners manual was apparently laid out in Reverse Venusian logic. It has dozens and dozens of pages leading mostly in circles. The only things keeping me from returning, or junking, this unit are some hope that software fixes will eventually work, my own laziness and maybe some masochism at this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I appreciate the responsiveness and helpfulness of customer service staffing. I recently purchased this all-in-one printer and it worked flawlessly until I needed to change the black ink cartridge. Then I got error readings saying I had a paper jam. I really had no such jam.
Then customer service staff said they would replace the printer as it was under warranty. They did and I returned the non-performing one with no fuss whatsoever,

I use it for my small office at home. It has met every expectation I had for a wireless multi-function printer that can print/scan form any computer/iPhone connected on the same network.
It looks and feels very solid with great build quality.
Printing and scanning quality is good all around for the price. It could be better but for day-to-day use it is more than enough.

Great in-home office addition

This is my first Epson; I read many reviews and spoke to multiple printer sealed before getting this one - and I'm so happy I did!! It does everything it promises to do, and easy setting up on MAC and PC.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The print function got lighter and lighter in all colors until now I am barely able to see anything is printed...let alone decipher the message. Fax and scan functions work well. Tried the print head cleaning function with no success. Owned this machine less than 6 months.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
