Love the printer, work well good quality.
Cons:

This printer has worked great. I have had it for a year and had only one problem. I tried to reinstall the software, but when I called for technical support, they were super. They got my printer working again, no problem. I have not had any other issues, I love this printer. It can print on both sides of the paper, color and gray scale. I highly recommend it.

when printing an email from my computer it spits out 8 or 9 pages before printing what I want. The stop button will not stop the operation. Very disappointed, thought epson was a better product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent printer!

I have had this printer for about 2 months now, and it has been performing flawlessly. I do a lot of double-sided printing, and it handles this task with ease. I have not used it to print photos, but Epson makes printers that are more designed for that anyway. The scanner is very good.
All in all, excellent value!

The overall product is probably superior in many of its features. Professional help was needed for initial installation. The automatic document feeder does not handle all jobs and has once decommissioned the printer. It may need a more technical individual with more knowledge of printers than I possess.
