I love this printer!!

I have had EPSON printers for as long as I can remember. I have been stunned by the amazing customer service (I received a replacement printer in one case by 2 day air), as well as by the quality of these machines. I loved my last printer, EPSON 630 Workforce, but I love the Workforce 3640 even more!!! What I love-
- fast print speed
-very easy to use touch screen controls
-double sided printing
-prints easily from my iPad & iPhone
-I can scan directly to my work email inbox without having to save the scan and email it from my personal to work email.
-sharp colors and black ink
- It has everything I need at my fingertips - fax, scan, copy, print.

Good WHEN it works!

loved my new printer the first few days that it worked, but suddenly, it won't print from any of our computers! The WIFI says it is still there. All connections are snug. cleaned, Uninstalled and reinstalled software 3 times. Looked on internet for others having this issue. What are we to do? I would recommend IF I could get this problem fixed!!!

I did set up the printer was working perfect but after a week is not working any more does not print neither scan. I am very disappointed with this machine.

I love this printer, I love it. It is so easy to setup. Tried the fax and after entering my info., the fax went through in minutes. It took a bit of time to set it up on my network as most do. If you have a WPS button on your router, it's a snap. I had to look around in the on screen menus to find the WPS, but it did the trick. The ink lasts way longer than my last one, which is a different brand. All-in-all, I highly recommend this printer. I can scan wireless to my laptop and print anything from my laptop to the Epson. Scan, copy, fax or print. No issues here.

This is a great printer which I highly recommend. I have had it for almost a year now and I would buy it again. Customizable, can print color or chose B&W. It also uses affordable ink and the app works seamlessly enabling for mobile printing and email printing...Greet.
