We purchased this printer to replace an older (Other Brand) printer that was giving me fits each time I printed. The Epson was quick and easy to setup and I was ready to go in minutes. There were a few items I had to familiar myself with in order to get my best printing solution but it was so much easier that what I had. I was extremely please on how simple the wireless printing turn out. I highly recommend the Epson Workforce to anyone that wants or needs a wireless printer.

When I placed my order I was asked for the brand and model number only, the company assumed I needed a 786 ink refill when in fact I need a 252-I. I have been sitting on this wrong package and would really like to send it back for a full refund. This package has not been opened. I have since purchased another 252 ink cartridge from a different source.

This copier has been a definite asset to my home office. Since purchasing it just over six months ago, I have not had any problems with any of the features. I especially like being able to print from a different room and scan documents into my computer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I went into my office supply store to purchase cartridges for my old HP all-in-one printer which had been giving me trouble and when I looked at this Epson, I decided to just spend the extra $$$ to buy it. I've had several other Epson printers and scanners and I've always enjoyed the quality. This WF-3640 was no exception. It has performed wonderfully and now I have wifi printing and 2 paper sizes available all the time from both my phone and my desktop!
Very pleased!

I have had this printer for almost a year. It prints great. It is easy to setup and use. I like very much that it is wifi. I have a home based business and uses it a lot. It does not go through a lot of ink and the ink cartridges are reasonably priced. A great product!
