It's pretty good for all it does. The FAX is really a joke. Needs a private land line. Can use WIFI. Otherwise it's OK.

Poor instructions re installing printer - had to call help desk after spending an afternoon attempting to get everything to work! What a pain!

The printer was somewhat difficult to get set up for Wi-Fi only printing. I had to contact customer support. The support person was helpful and got the printer set up and running properly, but he was hard to understand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Registering has issues

Installation was a snap but when registering the printer on line it would not allow me to put in today's date. It did accept the year 2015 but that's wrong. They need to fix that right away so folks who purchase this printer will get full use of the included warranty
