The installation process was fine until i got to the date of purchase. My date of purchase was yesterday 6/11/2016. THE registration FORM WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT IN THE CORRECT DATE. i ENTERED 2010 AND IT TOOK . pLEASE ADJUST YOUR RECORDS FOR THE PROPER PURCHASE DATE

Setup was fast and easy except for purchase date. The system refused to accept 06/06/2016 as an appropriate date.

CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS

This printer has critical issues with connectivity, and right now the scanner doesn't work!, I wonder if there is any option to apply any kind of warranty.

This is my Second Epson Printer and I love both.
My first one was the Workforce 633 which I purchased over 4 years ago and is now my back up printer. I purchased the 3640 to be able to print from my ipad and iPhone with its wireless Epson connect capabilities!
This printer is all I need for my home office!
Easy to program, use and replace Inks.

Disappointing

When it works it's great but all too often it's stubborn as a mule, resists printing or puts out the dastardly error message with absolutely no suggestion what to do about it. Online sites refer to Windows software problems but we use only with Apple products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY POOR SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

THREE SMALL PHAMPLETS ARE INCLUDED. NONE OF WHICH TELL ME HOW TO SET THIS PRINTER UP. I CAN TELL THE SETUP SCREEN THAT I WANT ENGLISH. I CAN TELL IT WHAT THE DATE IS BUT I CANNOT PROGRESS BECAUSE THERE IS NO BUTTON THAT I CAN PRESS TO ALLOW ME TO CONTINUE.
I HAVE SETUP AND USED SEVERAL EPSON PRINTERS IN THE PAST. ALL OF THE SETUPS WERE INTUATIVE. THISS PRINTER SETUP STINKS.

Wrote a lengthy negative review but it was not approved. Go figure. This printer was not easy to configure on my Internet connection at home and I cannot enable it to print directly to print double-sided. Many other issues.
