Good all around printer/scan/copier. Document feeder works well. 2 side printing is great paper saver.

Set up instructions too simplified

I spent a lot of unnecessary time trying to figure out how to configure the info. If you have never used it before and there is no prompt, using what looks like a "go back" arrow did not seem like the logical choice. Epson support website was down. No videos on line about how to do it. You might want to post a video on line of someone initializing their printer- every step- don't skip that one. Seems like it might be a great printer but haven't really used it yet.

I enjoy everything about this except for the color - it prints in draft more and there is no way to change this when running Windows 8.1 Pro. I will have to serious reconsider buying Epson in the future now.

I was given info that my the printer Epson IP Address did not match my Lap top personal computer...Once I called Xfinity with Comcast my internet server, this was corrected...HOWEVER THERE IS ONE THING I WAS UPSET ABOUT: The phone # on the yellow slip that came with my computor,1-800-323-3272 got me to a person I thought would help me...This was incorrect for I was on the phone for over 2hrs. two different times and finally figured out they were only trying sell me an expensive service ($149.00/yr.)...which I could not afford...I informed Jenny (the last person I talked with) that I needed to check into this...I then hung up...then put in the CD that came with my printer...It walked me through everything step by step...please don't refer others to this number...Eva Bright

Does not accept all "versions" of windows 7, especially through Acer computers. Need to setup with a direct USB cord and follow prompts.
Scanning wirelessly is also a challenge, have not figured it out yet. Support in the box material is poor, go on line for essentials. Makes a lot of noise when starting to print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
