have another win computer that has no wireless card. Have to hook it directly to the router to get on line. As yet, I have not been able to get that computer to print anything from computer or network. Everything else works fine.

Good Buy for the Money

Replaced a worn out other AIO after 6 years of use. This printer sets up easy for WI-FI and all of the 4 functions that it supports. Paper trays and document feed components rather flimsy so we will see how long this printer lasts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this printer for some time
Lately the programs will not recognize cassette two and therefore won't print on plain paper: stalls and I have to manually go to the print to select paper

Easy set-up. However, the first thing it asks you is to set-up Language. You must select one on the screen then do the same for Country, Date & Time. Only after you do this can you install the ink cartridges. This is not explained very well. When I called support they answered within 5 minutes and walked me thru it then sent an email with the software links...so it went smooth from there. Lots of quality for the small size and price. I love it! Great for small home office. That's me!
