Easy Set-up

I haven't really jumped into using the printer yet but the set-up was so smooth and easy, I felt I needed to offer some feedback right away. I have never experienced such a quick set-up. The instructions were straight forward and I had absolutely no problems. I prefer to use the wireless connection and in the past, the connection has been temperamental. Thank you Epson for making this a 30 minute job rather than 4 hours.

Epson 3640 replacement

Epson was fast, kind, and grateful to help replace my WF-3640 for new one. Had issue with hardware failure and warranty was over. They still helped me with a replacement. Great customer service, that is why I always by epson

quick and easy

I am one of the least technology smart people you would meet. And my installation of my new Epson WF3640 was so easy. I used the online chat and they were great. It didn't take long and it was easy! My only feedback to Epson is it would be great to be able to install the print cartridges from an door on the outside of the unit vs opening it up. Thanks Epson!

Epson WorkForce WF-3640

This multi-faceted printer packs a lot of features into an extremely reasonable price point. The set up was slightly time consuming on the first computer printing via USB cable, but the second computer which will print via WiFi was a very quick set up. The features are extremely user friendly and combine four primary office functions (Print, Copy, Fax and Scan) into a very accessible format. The touch screen on the printer works very quickly with an instantaneous response time. The WiFi can be set up to work with 2.4GHz if your system has this frequency available. The printer is also very quiet, perhaps the most silent I have ever used. This is a nice bonus to what is really a (5) Star experience. In the initial set up, I needed to contact tech support: 562-276-1300 where I spoke with an Alex. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient and I would rate her service (5) Stars as well. Additionally, you cannot consider a printer w/o looking a the price of ink. In a word: reasonable! Better than most other printers when you consider the number of pages it can print per cartridge. If you purchase the product, I would recommend you purchase a USB cable that can reach from your computer to the printer for the most reliable service as well as a phone line (For the Fax feature) that is long enough to extend from the phone jack to the back of the printer. I researched many printers and I would say this unit lives up to the accolades accorded to the WF-3640.

EPSON 3640 - Review - Value for Money

I got my EPSON 3640 wireless printer. It was very easy to setup and packed very well. This is really worth and value for money and comes with various options like Fax, Scan, Envelope Printing, Photo etc. Great for Personal use.
I really like it and recommended to friends!

Fast, sharp print quality. Very quiet operation. Scan function does an excellent job of reproducing original. Well designed front panelfor ease of use. Keep up the good designs!
