This all in one printer is really superb. It is only exceeded by the competence of Epson's excellent customer service/technical support staff. I recommend this printer to any one I get to meet.

Great image screen

great image screen, good utilities ! good product the one improvement I would make is the USB port document use, I could not print documents from the USB port I had carried with me all day. I was a little disappointed that they had a tiff and jpeg* not a good document USB print....program ! thanks so much loved it !

2nd workforce

This is my 2nd worhforce, I had one for 3 years and gave it to a friend so I could up grade to this one. Had a problem getting the scanner to work but now its great. I print text books and test papers so I needed something fast. I love it!

Excellent customer service

I have had great service from my Epson All-in-one WF-3640 printer for the last year. Recently I started experiencing a problem which I could not fix, so I had to call customer service. They helped me to get started again, only to experience the same problem a week or so later. The second time I called for help I was thinking "it is one month out of warranty, so now what". They not only sent me a new printer but also sent it overnight and paid all shipping costs. You can't ask for service better than that! Thanks Epson, I am back in service.

So far so good

No problems yet, but I bought this yesterday and set it up today. I wish the document feeder could accommodate a larger stack of paper. A 150page document feeder would be ideal for me. Unfortunately, you have to spend far more than I am willing for a home office printer to get that capacity. I'll have to suffer through scanning three or four sets to PDF and combining. Dear Epson, if you could design a home printer with an ADF with at least 100 page capability, I would greatly appreciate it.
