PERFECT FOR HOME OFFICE

Simple to set up and use. Only drawback is that it can't produce a large mailing quickly. Otherwise, it is perfect for a home office. I did need some help with set-up and customer service was right on spot after a quick call and precise instructions. Since then, all I have need for is ink and paper. Now if only Epson can make a miracle with that.......

Faulty all in one

My fax would not receive but could send. The touch panel was very temperamental and the machine would not turn on sometimes. I returned it to the store and got another one to see if this one performs better. Store gladly exchanged the all in one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Difficult to install

The only issue I have had with the Printer is the Installation directions which are confusing. However, it appears to work at this time. Thank you.

Great product

Had a problem with another printer when I bought it, right from the box. So, I returned it and decided to try the Epson, at my son"s recommendation. I'm so glad I did. So far, I have had nothing but great results with the printer. Very easy to set up and user friendly. I'm 66 and things are a challenge for me. I had a great experience with this one. To top it off, I bought it at a great price. The ink cartridges are easy to install and can be purchased at a much more reasonable price. Yeah!!!

Great at Home All-in-One Printer.

I looked at all manufactures printers before picking the Epson WF-3640. I liked the ease and cost of the Ink, ease in adding and changing the paper, plus ease of setting up the WF-3640. The front screen is super easy to use and program the unit with. The WF-3640 was at a great price-point too.

Disappointing

When it works, it works well. The problem is that it loses the wireless cnxn every few hours and it has to be reconnected and in some cases the printer has to be deleted and reinstalled. Quite a nuisance
