Contacted EPSON to troubleshoot because printer would not print. The EPSON rep I spoke with determined it was a hardware issue, and referred me to person that determined the printer could be replaced because within year of purchase. All in all, glad I called EPSON and they replaced it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

simple to install and excellent printing. colors are vivid. It also holds a lot more paper and prints on both side which saves paper. I have owned three different printers and they all print good when you get them but the ink is more expensive and they would get paper jambs. This one seems to be better quality.

This Epson workforce pro wp-3640 printer has gone beyond our expectations.If you are looking for a awesome printer for your home uses then i would definitely consider this model.
The only frustrating part is that i still have not figured how to print from my google chromebook?

This is an excellent wireless printer. The only thing that I have not used yet is the fax, everything else is very easy to use.

Epson is a stand up company

I am on my 3rd Epson WF 3640... But I rate the company 5 stars plus! The first one was replace under warranty and Fedx overnight... On Thursday (Sept 1) I called with an error number. They acknowledge that they had been having hardware issues and sent me out a new printer overnight EVEN THOUGH MY PRODUCT WAS OUT OF WARRANTY. This is great customer support and continues to keep me in the "Espon family".
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have not had the printer long, however it seems to prints, scan and copy very well. The fax mode is not being used due to the failure to allow the machine to be connected all the time. It requires that the phone line be connected when faxing ins required.. All other aspects of the machine seem to work as advertised

It was a very easy setup considering the Wi-Fi configuration was new to me. I read great reviews and I'm looking forward to making a great review myself after I use it.
