Both the company and the product(s) perform as well or better than promised ... guaranteed. I think the customer service is absolutely the best I have ever received in my over 20-years of sometimes punishing computer experience.

The printer works great. It has been a little difficult in setting up to print from the cloud though.

I set up my new Epson Printer today using the disk and it went very well and was so easy to do. The registration process was simple and I would recommend this Epson to anyone thinking of a new printer.

Purchased the Epson 3640 printer and love it! It was very easy to install. WiFi setup went without a hitch for iPhones, iPads and laptops. Sorry I waited so long to purchase this printer.

Epson workforce printers

I have had four (4) different Epson printers and all were upgrades and all worked flawlessly until replaced. The print quality is laser like, changing the ink is very easy, and using all the other functions is easy. The WorkForce WF 3640 is an excellent printer and great buy for what it is capable of doing. Have recommended Epson printers to anyone who ask me about a printer.

Easy installation, great product

I am blind in one eye and was able to perform the complete installation plus wifi connection with no issues.
The colors on the test print met my expectations.

Very Easy Set-Up

I bought this all-in-one yesterday, expecting that I would get it set up over the next week or so...but then I needed a printer 'now' and I had already deleted my old printer from my computer (which was also an Epson all-in-one). I was pressed for time and worried about how long the distraction of set-up would cost me. Everything went extremely well and set-up was a breeze!
