Excellent Home Use and small business printer, scanner, fax. Easy to use and esay to set up. Wifi compatible and wizard makes setup simple.
Great quality prints and copies.

Purchased as WF3640 printer and had nothing but trouble with the print quality for a year. Finally phoned Epson and they had me return the unit and they replaced it no charge and gave us another 1 year warranty.

Worked great at first but after 1.5 years, print quality is trash. Might as well hand draw my documents in crayon. I've tried printhead cleaning, printhead alignment and replaced the ink cartridges (which cost me almost as much as I spent on the printer).
I'm giving it two stars instead of one because I do like the features (when they work).
I'm so tired of paying good money for inferior products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer has poor print quality even after cleaning print heads multiple times.
Even more frustrating is that it continually disconnects from my computer with the wireless connection.

My WF-3640 Has all the features I wanted: scanner that creates JPEGs and PDFs, paper loading from the back for card stock and envelopes, ability to print from my mobile devices, wi-fi connection, 4 ink cartridges so I only need to replace the color that has run low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

1st, very pleased at the easy set up. Next is the speed and quality of printing for a low price printer. The touch screen control is great. Finally, an especially neat feature is having separate start buttons for choosing B&W or Color -- whether in faxing, copying, or scanning modes.
