Fresh Install

Could have been a smoother install. Not sure why the item would not get firmware first, update software then install the printer. This was done backwards and added an extra 25+minutes to the install. I am certified in desktop support and this was by far the most difficult and lengthy install I have come across.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had trouble from day one. I have never ever had a printer that used so much ink, problem is I haven't gotten anything off the thing that I could use. I click print and it won't print well it's usually 2hr to a week later. Then I don't need it(trash) wasted paper and ink. If it does decide to print it still takes nearly 2 minutes for one page. I ask for portrait I get landscape, again a copy I can't use. I am a very busy Realtor so I usually end up running out to my in town office to get copies or prints. Again an extra expense for gas and valuable time.
Actually Wasting valuable time sending in comments. Not worth wasting any more time on this printer. Grrrrr!!!! Trash it right behind the paper it wastes.

Good printer

Easy set up. Nice clean copies.
I little hard to figure out how to keep print settings without having to set every time I print.
Scanning is a little cumbersome as has to be set with option every single time I scan. Always saves to photos as "image 1"... doesn't let me select WHERE to save.. Otherwise love our new printer.
