This has been an exceptional printer
Plugged it in everything was easy to install and get working. From the first print out to current my wife still sings its praises over the previous printers

we have use this printer a lot since getting it.
I am very impressed not only with the quality of the output but also the ability to handle the load put on it quickly and quietly

Printed setup instructions are minimal/not clear. very difficult to follow during installation. One installed, all is good

Always gets jammed

We've had this printer for just over a year now and it's always had trouble jamming paper. It's very frustrating. Now it's jammed to where I can't reach it so not sure what we will do.

Poor Functionality

After purchasing this printer, I'm extremely disappointed in the performance. I can't get a good quality document or even a mediocre picture. The ink ran out after 20-25 sheets. This is a very poor quality product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Printer is a great tool. I use it for many things, and the results are what I always expect.
Epson's support is great and they stand by their product in any way or form to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, and avoid any gaps in service
