Happy with printer/copier

The printer is used in a church. One use is to copy/print our church bulletin using 2-sided copying. This feature works beautifully and saves us a lot of time. We've only had the printer for a week, but so far we are very happy with its performance. Also, it looks good sitting on the desk.

We have 4 printers in our office plus a fax machine. When the Office Entry lazer printer wore out I had already decided to replace it with the 3640 since I was so enjoying it in another office. I have not been sorry. Our businesses ware out printers but the Epson take the beating well and has outlasted other brands. We also love the speed as well as the convenience of printing multiple pages at one time. If nothing else this is such a time saver for us. Thanks, Epson.

My first WF-3640 had an error message appear that could not be resolved. Epson sent me a new printer, no questions asked. They stated it was a hardware issue.

wi fi printing

Difficult to print from a celular. I had a Work Force 7510 and the Wi fi automatically was identified by the phone and the printing was effortless.

Good for small home offices

The Workforce 3640 is a good overall printer for those persons who have a small home office and want to have the ability to produce everything from simple brochures to saving space by having an built-in fax machine.

Epson EASY

Our old multi-function died after several years of faithful service. Did the research and decided the Epson WorkForce 3640 was the one for our home office. "Very Easy" set up. Print quality excellent and as they claim "near laser quality".
Initially, we have zero negative. As a new unit you'd expect it to perform flawlessly out of the box and it has. We will let everyone know how it performs after we've put her through her paces.

Love this printer

I've had it for about a month. It is no-nonsense, easy to use, gets the task done without fanfare or glitches. I am continuing to discover functions that make my administrative life so much easier.
