Excellent Customer Service

My Epson WF-3640 was approximately 2-1/2 years old and had developed a problem with the print head. Epson replaced the printer with a brand new printer at no charge. That is Excellent Customer Service!

Using ink like crazy.

I have only had my printer a few months and have gone through an unreasonable amount of ink. The Epson 3540 I have before was great so when it started causing issued, I bought the next one up. I am not impressed with this one as the cost of ink is a lot higher and it used way more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

right now.. am very unhappy with my new printer.
not giving me the service .. I had hoped for.. lack of info on how to work with it.. it wont scan.. or fax.. very confusing.. not all are computer genious.. cant seem to find out the problem.. so as to solve it..

Having problems since day one

I have been having alot of problems with this printer with nozzle keep getting clogged and have to do a head cleaning every other day. I am going to be calling tech support tomm hoping i can get some answers

I'm a Project Superintendant for HDC. My company specializes in large hospital construction projects. I use this printer on the construction job sites. I've had this printer about a year now and it's done an excellent job in meeting all our needs. The print from this product is great quality. I would highly recommend this printer for anyone's personal or business use.

It's starts out great

It started out to be a great printer being able to handle the volume of reports our organization, runs prints on,without using too much ink. However six months later it is a little sluggish and uses more ink. I purged the ink ports and keep it free from dust but it's just not as fast nor does the ink last. I have never used anything other than Epson inks and papers in it. I do really like the dual paper trays which took a minute to figure out which one it was making the print from.
