This is the best inkjet printer I've owned in 20 years. Fast, great resolution and a 2nd drawer at great price.

Too complicated

Customer Service is great for seniors , setting up the scan features etc is not, just too complicated .
Probably should have purchased a model that has fewer features but wanted 'all in one' option.
Also, the high price of cartridges is an ongoing
cost which is too high.

Ink costs more than printer

Like most new printers they cost very little as compared to the operating costs after the purchase. This printer is no exception. The unit performs all functions very well. However, the purchase price of my first ink supply order was more than I paid for the printer. Thus I am trying the aftermarket inks which to date are performing quite well even though the printer reminds me every time I turn it on that I should be using Epson Ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Products features are easy to understand, especially to change the ink cartridges. It is simple to use when photocopying black or color, just choose. It scans nicely and works well.

Great Home Printer

I am retired but spend most of my time doing financial research. I print most of the articles and documents that I find interesting as backup information to read at different times of the day. This printer is my first Epson product and I am thoroughly pleased.
