very impressed with this very reasonably priced All-In-One-Printer. It has a touch screen command center, prints quickly and very good quality. Buy it!!

Nice for a while

The printer worked great until i had to replace a printer cartridge. Bought a new Black Epson cartridge, replaced the old one. The new one was defective, the under seal did not puncture properly. I removed it, put in another new one, and had to use almost the entire cartridge performing print head cleans.
then the software on my most used computer started failing - finding help is easy if you have a whole day to kill - but i decided to watch college football on Saturday instead.
i deleted the software, went to the epson site, downloaded the software, it still is not working on my computer. it will not pick up my wi-fi, the wi-fi that allows me to sit around the pool in the backyard and work outside.
It needs me to connect with a cable, but guess what, I have a computer that does not have the ability to plug-in a cable.

This unit is the second replacement for original unit I purchased. Customer service has been great. Had problems with previous two unit feeding paper for printing. Replaced promptly under warranty. Printer does good job printing except photo quality is poor. Prints fast and works well with Apple. I have purchased eight Epson printers previously and have had no problems until this unit was purchased. Hoping a problem in production, which hopefully has been solved, so I can depend on this unit as the different models previously purchased, and two units I still have, work flawlessly. Thank for the great customer service to resolve my issues with this unit.

Excellent, cost effective multi purpose machine. Easy to use with plenty of screen shots showing "how to". Access to components excellent which makes "clearing" and "unjamming" super easy.

It's a good product for the price. Does what's it's supposed to. Weak link is the scanner, not great quality but it's readable and you get choice of removable drive-I like that. Also very few paper jams. What gets me is the price of the ink and these little containers hold very little ink. I do a lot of printing for work so it is expensive. I also wish these machines were made in America.
