I am enjoying the capabilities and performance of my all in one but have encountered two issues that are annoying. If you choose a picture file, i.e. jpeg and you don't have photo paper loaded, it won't print! Secondly, and likely operator error, I have one computer wired up via USB cable and a laptop via wifi. The laptop takes forever to que up and print and it doesn't like more than one print job at a time.........

This is my first Epson printer, and so far I am very impressed. The initial setup was very straight forward and painless. There will be a learning curve since along with a lot of features comes a lot of things to learn. The unit works great, and I really love the two-sided printing! The ink is reasonably priced and it doesn't have an expiration date. Time will tell the real story, but for now I love it!!

I owned a Epson WF-3640 and it worked fine for a couple of years. One day I got an error message and couldn't clear it. I called Epson and spoke to customer service regarding the error message. They transferred me to another person and told me they would send me a new printer at no cost. I got the printer in two days, packed the old printer into the same box and returned it to Epson. They paid for the return postage. This shows that they have one of the best customer service departments that I have experienced and stand behind their products. Great company!!!!

Horrible Printer

I previously had the 3540 Workforce which I never had any trouble with until it wore out. This 3640 is horrible. I wish I never would have bought it. Sometimes it will scan to my computer, sometimes it wont. When printing it feeds extra paper through it, or will print 1/2 page then stop, or just not print at all and I have to restart the printer. When faxing it doesn't show whether or not it transmitted so I never know if it went through. Not happy with this all in one at all.

I have only had this for a month, but so far it is great! The set up was easy, even though we have a Mac and pc's and tablets on our network. The printing is fast and quite, and look sharp. The only down side I can see right now, is that it seems to use a lot of ink. But it could just be that my kids are printing a lot more school projects.
