I purchased two all-in-one printers within three years for my home and office use. Unfortunately they both stopped working on me around the same time. I contacted Epson's representative for assistance and he was very professional. He immediately offered me support which included several options of receiving two new all-in-one- printers. I will definitely recommend Epson to my family and friends. Thank you.

An Amazing Printer that is from Tomorrow

This printer has a very nice foot print, light weight and easy to move, has incredible print quality that is vibrant, crisp and quiet. You an print from your PHONE or even EMAIL it to the printer from another country! Full All-in-one Color Printer. It comes with features and technology I thought weren't yet available on printers. And the price? How do you guys make any profit?? lol The Amazing Epson!

I know very little about computers , much less set up any hardware. However, I was able to set this up wirelessly to my laptop. That tells you it is easy!!

I did like this Printer until very recently.
Now have found (2) issues:
1) I Registered this Product with Epson before and received confirming e-mail, etc., but now do not show in Epson's system to solve a problem....had to re-Register again.
2) Only Prints part of a Page and shows Error Code:0x97, but this Error Code does not show up in Manual or in a Search. Error Code pops up whenever try to Print something, and whenever try Align Print Heads.
Now have found (2) issues:

Everything is good except it runs out of ink too soon. I mean literally the ink cartridges do not hold enough ink and cost WAY TOO MUCH for such a small amount of use you get out of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WF-3640 is an excellent buy, Setup was very easy, Print quality is great, Scanning has lots of settings if you want or you can use the preset.

Prints great quality text for an inkjet, super easy to setup and has plenty of paper capacity. Quality of graphics is not bad.
