Great Printer for home use

This is my third Epson Printer. Great for photo printing, ink lasts a long time. Set-up instructions easy, easy to set-up WiFi and connect to other devices, user friendly. Never had problems, gave my other 2 printers to family members.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First impression

Seems like a nice product. The touch pad size made the touch pad easy, a relief to use. The screen was so small on my last printer that touch errors were a common frustration; the size alone tipped my decision to buy over comparable competitor models.
The quick start guide was OK, but left too much out -- it didn't identify some hidden packing tape strips including one the locked up the ink carriage, and how to move along with the touch screen initial set up. I made a today's date entry error and the set up wouldn't move on, but it didn't tell me what the error was. You'd have to be an experience systems user to know which kind of "USB cable" to use to sync up with the PC. If you looked at the tiny picture of the USB/printer cable you might have guessed it was the 'square' end type used for video device connections.
The first test prints look good. I have high expectations for an easy to use, reliable multi-purpose printer.

The software setup was nearly flawless and very easy.

Big problems on the WF3640

I have had 4 of these because they do not do what they say they will do!
The output color does not do what they say they will do. I have had to replace 3 of them and they all do the same thing. The color is not anything you would want your pictures to look like. Very Very poor copy when printing in color.
