MOST PROBELMATIC PRINTER I'VE EVER HAD

This printer has networking issues; repeated error messages that my laptop lost communication with the printer. I would blame it on the internet service, but the laptops don't loose signal. The print quality is very poor. The file setup is cumbersome and counter intuitive with too many windows to jump through before you can save a scan where you want it. The only good thing about it is that it has a dual tray.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We got this printer about a month ago and set it up easily. The one feature we needed was to be able to save faxes directly to our computer to bypass printing them and then scanning them for our records. Everything is working fine now. I have not setup the printer to print remotely yet and I plan on doing that soon. We got it at a good deal and it has all the features that you need for a small business.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super Easy to Setup

This is my first Epson product. The printer was Super Easy to Setup and get the wireless network going. Thanks. Epson only gets a 4 right now. After I have had the printer for 3 months you might get another Star.

Great value for the price

Great printer. I bought it less then a year ago. I love the easiness of use/ I had other brands with similar features, but this one is the best so far with cartridge ink usage, the printing is very clear and good gamma of colors. Thank you

Such Precision and Wifi Compatible

This was an amazing buy! It works well with our Mac computers, and connects wirelessly, so no extra cords. And the precision with which it prints and makes copies is awesome! We scanned and copied a book that we had just to see the quality, and it looks like you can reach into the paper and pull the book out! It's that crystal clear!
