I dreaded the installation process due to my experience in installing previous computers. This was the easiest installation that I have experienced.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago to replace an Epson Work Force 610 that served me well...I especially like the support given to me by the Epson Support Team whenever I had a question about setting the printer up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just bought this and the set up was very easy and went exactly as it should. No snags! My husband has an Epson WF-3620 and has been extremely satisfied with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Price, Exceptional Quality, Gorgeous Color,Easy Set-Up

I just purchased my first ever EPSON printer. The WF-3640 was unpackaged, set-up, and running within half of an hour!
The quality seems to be unrivaled! PrecisionCore allows me to not only print essential documents for my business, but also allows me to print my pictures as well! The ink colors are vibrant, and do not smudge or run! I can not find one thing to complain about in regards to ink quality or finished picture products! Also, the ink installation couldn't have been any easier! Even with fat, clumsy and shaking hands I was able to install all 4 cartridges in a matter of seconds! (This is not an exaggeration, literally SECONDS!)
The fax function was super easy to set up and allowed me to pre-set my fax header so it will appear on every fax, no need to copy a million fax cover sheets anymore! Fax set up was a "plug and play" situation, I plugged the phone line into my wall port and was done!
Having the choice between feeding documents and using the scan feature to copy is amazing! I can just "load and go" which is essential when running a full service garage!
Touch screen LCD is big and bright, essential for tired eyes! Again, fat and clumsy fingers had no problems navigating through the set-up screens! Also, all functions necessary are right at your finger tips!
Ease of use is amazing and is the only other thing that I can say in my review. I am always nervous when it comes to new technology, but after taking the new printer out and seeing how easy it was to set-up and navigate it was clear that I made the right choice for my needs! I can not stress enough that this printer is nothing short of amazing! Easy to set-up, easy to use, and exceptional quality prints... what more could you ask for? The ink, in my opinion, is pretty pricy! However, the printer claims that it uses 40% less ink than traditional printers so the price may be justified! One last thing; the printer comes with dual paper trays! I will not have to reload 100x a day, how fantastic will that be?!

Great Setup

I am not a computer person, but your setup instructions were great. I was worried about setting up my printer using my Wi-Fi, because I've had trouble with other devices, but Epson's software walked me through it with no problems. I will recommend Epson products to my friends

The only feature I haven't used is the fax but am happy with the copy, print and scan.
