I discovered that my WF-3640 would not print documents from a new desktop operating with Windows 10. After wasting an hour or two in unsuccessful attempts to obtain useful information from Microsoft, I finally resorted to the Epson website for help and was downloading the required files and updates within seconds of entering my printer's model number. Thank you for useful technical support!

Great value for the money!

I purchased this printer primarily because it duplex scans, as I have a lot of work on paper that I wanted to archive electronically. It scans incredibly fast, especially to a jump drive. It also copies and prints incredibly fast. Protip: if you use certain scan or copies settings a lot, use a preset. This printer has saved me an incredible amount of time.
It's a bit of hassle to set up on Ubuntu 16.04, but most printers are. I love that I can print wirelessly from my laptop, tablet, and phone. I definitely recommend this printer. (Now if we could only buy one at work!)

Had a problem with installing to network, called customer service and they were excellent.

I just connected my new EpsonWF3640 and so far I love it. I have a WF610 and it has lasted many years. I have been very happy with the Epson products.

For many years I purchased one of their large competitors and began having a lot of problems with the last 2 that I purchased so I felt it was time to try something else. This is my second Epson and I have had not problems whatsoever, everything works as its suppose to and set up is always so easy--great job .
