Easiest setup ever.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the printer was to setup. Connected to wifi right away without any issues. Printed fairly quickly and quality was good.

Paper jams

I bought this printer for home and office use and I like it except that if I print a document with multiple pages I get a paper jam or a message to shut the printer off and then check the nozzle. I use 22lb paper weight, which I have used in other printers without issue.

Very easy setup. Printer was up and running in about 15 minutes. Easy wireless setup. Print quality is excellent. Spent about 30 minutes setting up 3 additional computers and down loaded the app for my phone. Love the idea of 500 sheets between two trays.

A good product with one big problem

The automatic paper feed always jams! This is my second unit...and I returned the first unit because my auto feed would jam. I thought I had a lemon. Now...I am having the same issues. And I have had this unit for only 2 months. All the other features are great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer-Fax-Copier

I recently purchased our Epson WF-3640 after being a user of another major printer (which I totally loved). I wanted one that had fax capabilities as well as quick and easy to use with a top feed. I am now a very satisfied owner of a great machine and would definitely encourage anyone who likes the professional printers used in business offices to purchase this machine. It has all the pro features designed in a smaller package just right for home use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

a pain to use

Thought this machine would be equal to the model 810 I had. mistake. the properties menu is greyed out on other pc's on the network, which means you cant change to print pictures. If you use the pc that the printer is hooked up to directly, pictures come out poor only in matt finish, even though every thing is checked for glossy. Wish they still made the 810. I was very plleased with that model

Amazing for the price

WF-3640 replaced our big brand name printer. No comparison. WF-3640 has out performed our old one with very first use. Printer having it's own email name is awesome. Bought on sale but after watching it perform I would buy it full cost.Have no regrets owning this workforce.
