This all in one printer is the best I have ever used to this point. Easy set-up and quality printing. I have used others and returned to this product as it works great for our company.

Epson is a good choice

I upgraded with another Epson printer. The print is clear, sharp, and the colors are vibrant and detailed. A very fine choice indeed.

The technical writing in the manuals is not the best. Otherwise, it appears at first glance to be superior to HP products.

Yes to the WF- 3640

Got it home, went on line and downloaded the manual and set it up. I had it all figured out in a couple of hours. Getting the Wi-Fi set up and getting the email address for remote printing took the longest. I can't get the auto feed on top to work, always jams. I've had it about a year now and it great. Uses less ink than any machine I had before however I don't use the Epson ink and have had no problems with it (sorry Epson).
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was first impressed by the excellent packaging and protection - as that denotes significant improvements based upon customer feedback, complaints, and product returns.
As for the printing - the initial prints are near laser-quality, the color is good, and all my previous experience with Epson printers has been very positive.
I'm excited to have the functionality of an all-in-one color printer - but it's the auto double-sided printing and Ethernet capability that makes me say "The best printer in the company is on MY desk!!!"

Ruins Photos

Nice printer, but when you print photos on Photo Paper they are ruined because of the marks from the rollers that feed the paper. Never had a printer do this before. Maybe they shouldn't have used metal feeder wheels?

Incomplete installation instructions

I've just installed the printer. The installation sheet that came with it was incomplete as it did not identify the various ports on the printer. I had to go back to the seller to have him show me where it was. Also the installation CD did not work. I was able to download setup software but only after wasting time with the CD.
