Great features.....lousy print head.

Bought this several months back. It was great until the print head started messing up. Wasted a lot of ink trying to clean the heads. Still doesn't print good.

I just installed this printer and am so far quite happy. I have used Epson printers and scanners for years and other than the cost of ink they are quite reliable and work very hard for me. I am taking some online courses and I print upwards of 500 pages per month; this printer works very well. Clean, sharp and clear printing, great pictures and easy to install and use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super easy and fast to set up, and the mobile app is amazing; it 1 minute, I was able to print from my phone also. Great product!

Totally Disappointed

I have had the Workforce 3640 for about a year now and still cannot get it to clearly print anything. I constantly clean the heads, have tried various recommendations to clear the nozzles with no avail. I'm so frustrated I'm ready to dump in the trash and buy something else. I just bought an all in one printer for a family member and stayed far away from Epson. This printer came highly recommended as well as I read many good reviews on it. Maybe I bought a lemon. I cannot recommend this printer or Epson as a reliable and efficient printer.

A wise choice for the smaller office spaces. This purchase took thr place of an inkjet printer, seperate fax machine, and seperate scanner!

I bought this printer a few weeks ago, It's not bad as expected from an Epson product. Don't get me wrong I really like Epson. The only issue is when printing a photo or document with some dark colors it leaves a dotted light dotted line in those areas. Not what I was expecting. If Epson contacts me and tries to correct the issue. I might later give a better review.
