Not happy with WF-3640

Not the easiest set up. Steps are easy and clear but then it prints a thousand pages of gobbledygook and wont stop. Cancel never ends and restarting just prints more unintelligible stuff. No one to call and no access to on line help during set up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice all-in-one color printer. However, cannot print legal size paper and cannot be adjusted to print 3 x 5 cards. Also, it has an awkward ink replacement requirement to first go to setup, then make another selection to move the ink cartridges into position for replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly what I needed!

I purchase the Epson WF 3640 two days ago. The set up couldn't be easier. I downloaded the Epson iprint app to my smart phone and printed immediately. I installed the printer using the provided dvd on my laptop and printed immediately. If I'm away from the house, I can print a document using email. The color looks great. I have not yet printed a photo. The trays feel a little flimsy, just take care sliding them open and shut. This is the perfect home office solution!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this 6 weeks ago and it only printed half a page, so got a replacement of the same model. The replacement ink "cakes up and does not print the next day, even after 3 nozzle head cleans. Very disappointed. My Artisan 710 lasted 11 years. Think I'll get a different model replacement this time.

I purchased this just before Christmas. I primarily use the print, copy and scan functions. I don't use the fax function (and don't need to). Everything is working fine. My only gripe is that on two occasions- when printing wirelessly- the printer will stop telling me there is a jam. Except there is no jam. Don't know why the printer does this.

Great Printer

This is a great printer. At first I was like I'm not sure if I like this printer. Had to learn how it works of course! But the printer and fax is very, very good. It is big and kind of bulky. Wish they had made a smaller version of this great workforce printer/fax machine. I would recommend this to anyone. Hope in the future Epson will be able to make them smaller. Other then that Fantastic.
