second time's the charm

This is the second Epson we have owned, the first one broke after a couple of weeks. My opinion may go higher after we have had this one for a while...longer than a few months. The customer service is terrible, the person was reading from a scripted page-absolutely no real personal communication. The questions asked by him were so basic that they seemed to come from a book titled "Epson for Dummies". He would make most people feel quite stupid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than expected

I was constantly adding paper to my old printer because it could only hold so much without jamming. I love having multiple paper trays on the WF-3640 and the double sided printing. The ease of use and reliability has made my life easier.

My wife and I got this all in one to replace our other aging printer. This Epson all in one printer WF-3640 is an awesome work horse. Love the paper capacity for no worries about running out of paper on large files. and the hi-res scans are great.only complaint is that on a print this professional, theres no OCR fuction built in,needed to get a third party program.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The printer is very good, relatively economical. Easy to set up and run both the Mac and Windows operating systems. The only glitch is the designation tray one as default, it always go back to tray 2 (legal size). I recommend it if you need two trays of different sizes.

Great Printer

I set up and print the bulletins for our church. Having a second drawer that will hold legal sized paper and has an extended cover to protect the paper is great! The WF-3640 also prints three times faster than my old printer. The walk-through on the printer setup was simple to understand and I had the printer up and running in very little time. I would recommend the WF-3640 to everyone!

When my Epson Stylus died after many years of work, my husband bought me the workforce WF-3640 for a Christmas gift. It works wonderfully.
It is quiet and does everything that I need it to do in my home-office.
