My 2nd Epson WF-3640

I just finished part of my setup and registration. I realize now that my 1st Epson WF-3640 had a problem from the beginning with the touch screen. I've always had to press very, very hard on each of the icons for them to work. With this new purchase, I do not have to press very, very hard. Please let me know if I can correct this problem on my 1st printer as it is a real pain when trying to use the icons. Thank YOU so very, very much!

To fill the Ink needs of this printer and for many other epson printers that I've had, is more expensive then perfume. I think that XL ink should be the price of the regular refills, they should stop wasting our time and money with those half empty (not full) ink cartridges. Customer satisfaction can create more demand and volume sales may be a little more work but more profit and jobs. Quality is also a great concern of mine but epson has hit the nail on the head with that.

Not a happy camper. Burns through ink at a horrendous pace; poorly designed software interface.

My Workforce WF-3600 works great, even after 6 months hard work printing several Double-Sided Manuals that I threw at it! I never had so much as a Paper Jamb, although It did use a lot of Ink...
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love everything about this printer

The setup was easy - for a novice.
The printer paper trays are wonderful.
The ink is expensive, but I love it that the printer keeps on printing with the colors that are left rather than locking up.
I used to get paper jams all the time - not one with this printer.
It accepts heavy paper and runs like a dream.

Easy Installation

Just installed this printer today, and so far it was the easiest installation process yet with a printer. The instructions were written in simple clear language for the non tech savvy population. So far so good!
I would recommend this to a friend!
