More Pros than Cons

For the last 20 years I have been loyal to one brand of multi-function printers because of their quality, speed and features. However, after paying the price of the printer several times over every year for replacement ink, when the printer died abut 6 months ago, I decided to look at other manufactures. After a lot of research, I chose the WF-3640. I especially like the large capacity multi-page document feeder for scanning (never jams), two paper trays, two-sided printing and ink economy. A feature I wanted but have never used is the manual document feeder which claims it can handle 11x17 scanning. On the flip side, it prints slow as molasses and I haven't been able to receive a wireless fax. I am not unhappy I bought it because of what I save on ink and the dependable document feeder. I like it but don't love it. It's good but not great.The jury is still out on whether or not I would buy another one because of how slowly it prints (decent print quality) and the inability to receive wireless faxes. If you can speed up the printing and fix the wireless fax issue, I believe you will have my business for the next 20 years.

LOve Epson Printers

I have gone through 4 Hewlett Packard printers and had problem after problem resulting in a very short useful printer life. I bought an Epson printer about 4 years ago for my other house and have not had a single problem. That is why I bought another for this house. Both are workforce printers. Great product. I have recommended Epson to friends.

Awesome Jet Printer WF-3640

I love my EPSON WF-3640 PrecisionCore, help me with the drivers for my WF ore! Recently I have changed Laptops. And I have lost my Drivers to my Printer! :( I'm sad now! Could anyone at EPSON or anywhere else help me, with the drivers for my EPSON WF-3640 Precision core, It is Wi Fi also.

I bought three different Epson All in One printers from 2 different sources. All had to be returned before they warranty was up. One of them had to be returned twice. It wasn't salvageable. Epson offered a discount on a new printer. I have to say, you have got to be kidding. This is my last Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Incredibly easy install

I bought this printer over 2 months ago and set it up in my new home with ease. The instructions were easy to understand and installation, prepping and updating the firmware were seamless operation.
