I bought a month ago. Fantastic value for the money. Quality printing and expecting much longer use of toners as opposed to HP printers.

Too Inconsistent for Office Use

I've had this printer for a couple of years. At first it worked okay, but as time went on it would not connect to the computers. At this point it is basically a 20lb paperweight. It will not print via wifi or usb. I would highly recommend purchasing a different brand and avoid Epson at all costs.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set up and looks great!

So far so good! I have not used the printer yet, but the set up was very easy. The printer, WF-3640, looks very professional and is a definite upgrade to my WF-2540 that I am replacing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this one today. It received high marks for reliability, price and function. I read two reviews about this printer. User friendly; two paper trays; small footprint similar to another Epson I have. Epsons are work horses. I owned my Epson NX 515 for over 8 years. The size is confined to cube-shape, so there aren't overlapping parts to get caught on a sweater, jacket or cords. you won't bump into over hanging trays. Buttons on touchscreen are large enough even for larger fingers.

Set up review.....it was easy

Brought home the printer today, packed nicely, installed the CD and let the process run, took me a good 30 minutes with the back-and- forth selections, wireless network (using set up cable) went fine, and lastly firmware update....all was easy to follow. Looking forward to using the printer in the come days.

Just installed this printer. Was very easy to install all features. I am using it strictly wireless and it works great with all my devices. The print quality seems great.

We just purchased this printer. We purchased based upon the rating of four star! I will not be able to rate until I have used the product. I can say, It was easy to follow your instructions. I did have to search a bit for the USB.
