Still Not Set Up

This is the first Epson printer I have ever bought and I am packing it all up and taking it back. I'm on my third hour of trying to get this set up and so far I'm unsuccessful. This is not "plug-and play". I installed the firmware update and software drivers, the printer added my network, but all I can see from my computer is the fax. My mobile device does not see it. It is useless.

Would give 5 Stars if Cloud capable (Google)

I love the Epson All in One series. I have owned more than 3 and these are the ONLY printer I would recommend to EVERYONE. Google Cloud has yet to add this NEW series to the Cloud Print feature unfortunately - EPSON.... please make it happen. ALSO!!!, allow us to select the 4X6 capable paper trays to be a secondary/NOT Default paper tray. I like to have my photo paper in a tray at all times and NOT have my TEXT documents printing from this tray. This tray setup is common sense. The default tray should be for text documents, and that tray should be the 1st tray set to default print tray. It appears the trays are reversed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thee worst printer I have ever used

I have had my printer for about 4 months now and have yet to have a custom print job work in the first 4 attempts. I have been sitting here trying to print 2 sided 8x10 card stock for 3 hours (I need 7 copies and have 1 successful one so far). I decided to write this review instead of taking a sledge hammer to this worthless piece of garbage.

I bought it a month ago, it worked great right out of the box. However the black print isn't as good as some of the younger models.

TouchScreen Unresponsive?
on February 21, 2017

It's all good - except for the unresponsive menu touchscreen. Maybe it's just my digits, but I'm considering attatching a corded stylus to the body of the printer to make it easier to select menu options.
