Weak set-up and operation

I just bought this printer and its tough to set up basic USB functions and horrible with scanning via wi-fi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a hard time getting the CD to work on this touch-all-in-one screen, but once I did, it was easy to install. I'm so grateful!

First impression

My first impression was not good. The printer was installed in the box upside down. When I opened the box I was looking at the bottom of the unit. When I removed the lower paper tray I found a spring. Not a good first impression.

DO NOT BUY!!!!
WF-3640's print Quality Has Always Been Horrible compared to Any multifunctional printer our nonprofit has owned! WiFi Has Never Worked!!! Even with Epson's help the WiFi and WiFi printing has Never Worked!!! We setup a Canon Printer next to the Epson WF-3640 and the WiFi setup on the Canon was easy and instantaneous. We will Never buy an Epson Product Again! Our Nonprofit can Not afford buying a printer to not have it work and be out the funds spent on the printer and the ink!!!
WF-3640's print Quality Has Always Been Horrible compared to Any multifunctional printer our nonprofit has owned! WiFi Has Never Worked!!!
