Great Customer Service!!!

I understand the basics of computers, and I'm fairly well educated. I ran into some difficulty setting up the wireless printing (which I have never setup before), and needed to call the support line for help. Working in customer service, I wasn't expecting much and was happily surprised with wonderful service that exceeded my expectations! I was getting quite frustrated, but the tools the service representative had to walk me through everything were great! The only thing I wish was different, was if there would have been a way for me to rate her service directly!!

Replacement printer

Bought the Epson WorkForce WF-3640 All-in-One Printer and so far am very happy with it. It is smaller than our last one but has all the functions. Very fast and fairly quiet. Wish more models used the same ink cartridges. Had bought back ups for our older model and now cannot use them

Excellent Printer

This unit does everything well. I'm very pleased with the print quality, the scanner and the fax. I use this for home use and have had it for just a couple of days but I've put it through its "paces" and I'm really happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Different Manufacturer - Learning Curve Needed

I am finding it difficult to operate the machine. The biggest problem to the operation, is no users guide, a get started size, is included. The 'thousand' page printed program doesn't do much to get the printer up and running, but is a good tool 'after' the printer is installed!
I'll get used to it!! I think it will all turn out well.

Very happy with my purchase - set up was easy with both my computers - one with direct cable the other with wifi. Price was fair and quality of prints very good.

This is the first EPSON Workforce WF-3640 that I own and install. The installation and the set up were extremely easy. When the final set up printed page come up it was very clear and very fast! I printed a couple of documents after that and I was very impressed with the speed and clarity of the printing.
